We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Due to the nature of anime collectibles, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Ship the item back (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
