At AniMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund or exchange within the guidelines below.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Customers can request a return or refund by contacting us at AniMart.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Please include your order number and the reason for the request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with instructions.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging with all tags/stickers attached
  • Certain items are non-returnable for safety reasons, as listed inthe product detail page

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at AniMart.ca@gmail.com for instructions.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at AniMart.ca@gmail.com
